Marion, We recommend talking to your health professional before starting ArthroZyme® Joint & Muscle, especially if you are taking any blood thinning prescription medications because its active ingredient, serratiopeptidase, may have a mild blood thinning effect. If you have any questions or concerns about how ArthroZyme® will work with your current prescriptions or medical conditions, please speak with your health care professional

I would like to know if you recommend taking Flora Sinus and Flora Source Multi Probiotic together to solve health issues? Or does the Multi Probiotic cover what the Sinus product will do for me also?
Posted @ Saturday, February 20, 2010 5:00 PM by Barbara Weiss
Barbara- Although both Flora Sinus and Flora Source contain probiotics, they are formulated to address different health issues. Flora Sinus contains NAC, an antioxidant that helps break up mucus, to support sinus and bronchial health. It is ideal to take daily or seasonally, based on your need. Flora Source is formulated with 16 probiotic strains to help relieve occasional constipation, diarrhea, gas, and bloating and to support healthy digestion. These two products can be taken together. We typically recommend beginning both at the lower end of the suggested use scale (about 1-2 capsules of each product daily) and go from there. - Nutri-Health
