We can all get stuck in a rut, right? This applies to our digestive health as much as to our daily habits. Also, talk with your holistic doctor or health care practitioner to learn more about what you can expect while cleansing. It’s very important to eat well and stay hydrated during this time. Consider cutting out sugars, alcohol, dairy, and processed foods. Eat as raw and “whole food” as you can.
